Companion ground job in my family members

Sir iam kamesh from Chennai, Avadi my father worked on Canara Bank last 6years before and he passed away on 2013 Nov ,, in our services period ..so wt is the problem means .ow the companion ground job can not give my family members . And my mother asked on bank uniun person he is telling not now the scheme on this period ...so wt can I do father action
At present there is no provision in public sector banks to employ children of deceased employees on compassionate grounds. You cannot demand it as a matter of right. It is not worthwhile to pursue the matter further.
