Clarification about personal account in a bank
18-Mar-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
I have an Account on a particular Bank which is not shown to anyone its my personal Account of my name....Now my father is taking loan from that bank due to some requirment...So i want to ask that i have given my father name on my account nd now my father will take loan from his name only...So is there any chaces that bank will ask him anything about my personal account or show him that account?????
MY OPINION THAT your personal account have your own area of use only according to legal field you have only legitimate right to use your own account according to your own choice & usability ,you have power and legal right if you have allow any body of your own to use your account for the lone,according to your legal permission .
