CIBIL status unchanged what to do

MNC bank did not changed the CIBIL status of my company and personal guarantors even though my company and myself paid everything in full and also got NOC from Bank that outstandings nil in 2012 until 2016-17 bank did not change the status and CIBIL status showing amount due from the company and even personal , can we file a suit against the bank for not changing the status which has caused damages to our company and personal reputation , growth of company effected , image of company and personal damaged ??? Need suitable comments by email
First, please send out a legal notice to the MNC bank asking them to update your CIBIL status on or before a set deadline. If there is no response, you may file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman for deficiency of service, besides filing a case before the consumer court.
