Can scanned copy of my Signature be illegally used?
29-Sep-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
I needed to send an signed document to my bank which is in different state.If I paste my scanned signature on the pdf application form, and send it via mail to my trusted acquaintance(father) so that he can submit the printed copy to the bank,Would that be within legal boundaries? Scanned copy of signature are demanded by many online application forms in general(not limited to banking sector)
I don't think bank will accept scanned documents and signature as per law.Ask the concerned bank whether they will admit and accept the scanned documents and signature for your lawful purpose...

No. Not at all acceptable. Online application z for something else not for ur life & death. For bank ur money z like life of their clients .So no risk can be taken. Thus no scanned signature z acceptable .
