Can I file a complaint against agents for Loan harassment

I'm in delhi and my home address is from another state. I've missed a repayment of personal loan so these days I'm getting threatening calls from the collection team of the bank. They are abusing me and demanding for the money asap. I've asked a month from them but they aren't ready to listen at all. I'm a student and a part time job holder too and I took the loan for my study purpose which I'm unable to repay for 2 months because of my exams as I had to leave the job. I'm happy to pay the amount after some time but they are saying they will file a FIR and send it to my hometown. I'm afraid, my family would know if they do so and they might have to face the trouble. Please advise me what should I do from here. Can they file FIR for this and would the FIR will be sent to my home police station too?

They can't file fir as the matter is civil is nature.
