Can complain against small loan provider company consumer court

I had taken small loan from non banking financial services company for duration of 3 months but due to sudden termination from my employer i was not able to make the payment on time.I informed the company that you can add late payment and interest charges, i will make the payment in few days.But the collection team from company continuesly harassed me and they told me that they are going to block all debit card ,credit card(belongs to different banks) and aadhar card if you will not make the payment within two days.I have paid 80% of my loan amount from my first salary(new employer).I Know they can't block my cards that belongs to me but i believe they tried to misuse customer's data.Froms community just i want to know can i sue or file complain against small loan provider company in consumer court?
You can filed complaint against any bank if they are in breach of service or they have indulged in any unfair trade practice. In your case, its their recovery efforts and admittedly you have failed to repay as per schedule. I dont think you will get anything from consumer forum.
