Can bank claim the full amount from only 1 grantor out of 2

मैं किसी के पीएमसी बैंक के सी.सी लोन के लिए गारंटर था उसने वो भरा नही है तो बैंक ने आदेश दिया है कि उसे दोनो गारंटर भरे। दूसरा गारंटर भरने तैयार नही है तो क्या बैंक एक गारंटर से भरवा सकता है ऐसा करना क्या कानूनी तरीके से सही होगा। यदि नही तो में क्या कर सकता हूँ कि बैंक दोनो से 50-50 पैसे लेने का आदेश दे ।
It depends on the terms of the agreement based on which guarantees have been provided. If your contract says then you will be liable to bear the entire amount. I will have to verify the guarantee document you have signed to advise you properly. You can call me and take my appointment.
