Can a person having criminal charges get a government job

If a candidate have a pending cases and he got a job in nationalise bank as specialist officer,also he has IPC sections 323,324,325,34,504,506.the matter in court now in tahshil or taluka place there is no process Ed the case is only run by getting date .Will he got the job?
Since he is not convicted, then the company can appoint such person in employment, but again it depends on company to company and their policies and the term of appointments.
