Bring son to my house after sending legal notice

24-Nov-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
My wife left me 10 months ago. Since then my son is with her. I sent a legal notice for mutual divorce a 2 months ago. In response she has asked lifetime maintenance. Later I sent her notice for restitution of conjugal rights but she has not responded. I went to her house to visit my son last week but her father did not allow me to enter the house and visit my son. He said reply to their notice first. There is no legal case yet. No court order. So if I forcefully enter their house and bring my son here will it cause any problems? I am the father so I have the right as there is no legal case or court order yet right?

please file court case in Family Court for meeting and access to your son. Family Court will surely allow you to meet your son immediately and also future access and meetings.
sending 2 different types of notice is not good strategy in your legal issues and matter.
