If Chairman of the society dies, can Secretary and Treasurer operate that bank account as while signing a cheque secretary's sign and treasurer or chairman sign is necessary ?
it depends on the resolution of the society submitted to the Bank as to whether signs of any two authorised representatives are enough or specific authorised signatories is mandatory to operate the bank account..
