Bank sent legal notice even after not signing any guarantee form


I was not sign in any gurantee form for bank loan ,but bank send to notice to me

You ask the bank to send you a copy of the guarantee signed by you. If it is a nationalised bank, you may call for the document under the RTI Act. In any case, send a strong rejoinder immediately denying your liability.
