Bank pay back amount as debit card fraud informed to bank officials

I have been a victim of online debit card fraud, without my details, my debit card details has been hacked. I filed complaint to bank officials within 10 minutes of online fraud. If bank donot pay back my amount after their investigation. how to recover my money then? Thanks
You must request the bank for charge back.. Usually the bank must have details of the money to which account it is transferred... In many a cases the bank accounts are insured upto an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-. Check regarding with your bank.
