Bank officers submitted fraud reports & false statements what to do

IDBI Bank helped by preparing bogus reports, false statements, accepting bogus signature and helped fraud person to open bogus account on my name. Given full support to collect all documents illegally. Fraud person get cheque bounce report n filled case in court. How to tackle this problem in short time and get compensation from bank for performing illegal activities and supporting fraud person.

you can filled Criminal Case U/s Indian Penal code to Court...As well as... give notice to Bank And Main Branch for Fraud ..... also compensation Suit against them for Defamation.....
