Bank harassing mentally for credit card outstanding amount

Hi this is Ashutosh I have taken a credit card from my salary it's limits 50000 after some time due to some personal issues I left the job after that I didn't get any job now last 3 month I joined a company they are paying to much low approx 9000 only and bank is calling me my friends and manager also to make payment of 85000 and right now I am unable to pay this amount and they are saying they will send me legal notice and spoil my career In this case what should I do last 11 months I was job less due to this I am unable to make payment and they are calling to my current company manager my friends and every one and forcing me to make payment right now
what the bank is doing is what you would have done had you lend money to some person or what any person in right mind would do. i.e recover the money you owe to the bank.
these things have to be thought before taking loan . now you have two options approach the lok adalat for a settlement along with waiver of some interest.
second is elope leave the town to some other town that way bank would not be able to contact you b.
of course your name will be declared in bank defaulter list and no bank will give you loan in future .
if you choose first option then approach a lawyer and file a case /.
