Bank denying to disburse amount despite of providing certified copy

24-May-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
Filed a case by two brothers on a third brother over money stacked in accounts with bank of deceased fourth brother. All three parties finally made a mutual settlement with a compromising petition in the court and the court order (decree) clearly mentions the shares in percentages for all three parties and the matter is disposed. Court has provided a certified copy which when we are taking to bank for disbursement, bank is saying since earlier court had sent a stop order to bank, so only also, bank should get an order from court directly or else they will not give any money.

If it is a Money Suit then a Money Execution Suit might be filed, OR a fresh case against the Bank may be filed, OR contact an Advocate and directly approach the Bank with that Advocate and resolve the matter.
