We have taken a mobile phone of 21,500 but we missed a emi of 2444rs we didn't got any info regarding that but now they r calling and saying to pay 7200 from madras high court lawyer.

First go through your loan account statement for the transactions. In that account everything will be clear statement. you're not mentioned your loan account and other details. Don't be panic. Request your loan manager for dalayed pamement and request for time to repay.
