Author staying in Dubai can sell his books in India

Dear Advocate, If there is an author who stays in dubai and then he is publishing his books from india and selling it in india creating lakhs of revenue from the book.. what are the laws assocaited with the same.eg if he deposists the money in his bank account like over 20 lakhs...will he be questioned as to where is the moneyy from and what all things they would need to show that it is from book sale? ans me by email

If an Indian living in Dubai, then he/she can publish the books in India if the book published is not against Public Policy and other restrictions imposed in India. The money also gets deposited in his/her Indian account for which he/she need to pay taxes.
