Applied for a loan company took 4 months to complete all formalities

I applied for a loan in fintrade financial services, they took 4 months to complete all the formalities , firstly they said that it will be done but after some days they denied, they took ,6 months rate of interest from me but they did not give me loan and now when I am asking my money back they are not responding at all. They said that we will give you only 60 percent back. How it can be possible. They are harrassing me mentally they are not responding . I called in their office thousand times and when someone picking up the call they are behaving very rudely. I want to file a case against them for my money and mentally harrassment
Yes you can opt for civil suit, I. E. Suit for recovery, and first of all you have to go through all the terms and conditions of the fintrade financial services and then after go through all the terms you can further process for filing a case in court
