Dear Sir,
i am doing internal banking transaction with one of my friend , about amount 3lack .
he have given article 12 bond e-stamp with 100 rs and he given blank check also .please advice me for legally is it fine and i can take any legal action on him , if it fraud happen on transaction.

1. Get the bond prepared and attested by notary lawyer.
2. Validate the signature on the blank cheque with the banker.
3. Get 2 identification documents from the other party.
4. If the other party do not abide by the rules on the agreement then you may file criminal case against him.
