Against a loan lending fake person

I contacted a person and he said that he will give me a loan of 10 lakhs. In return he took 2.5 lakh as surity with me.
But it's been 10 months I didn't received the loan. I asked for a cancellation but he is not even returning my amount to me.
Its a cheating case. A case can be filed against him but you need to provide all the material like how the payment was made, agreement between you and his company etc.
The company's representative's complete address and all such documents which proves that you paid the money for a loan.
