Advancing loan against mortgage of agricultural land.

I am based in Chennai. Can I give loan to an agriculturist whose farm land is in Andhra Pradesh in my personal capacity through execution of mortgage deed?
Please make sure that money which is going to be disbursed is properly document and the loan is secured against a mortgage deed. Also please register the mortgage deed inorder to secure your interest.

yes you can give loan to a person whose land is situated in andhra pradesh n executed modt .. but u need to execute the modt in Andhra Pradesh concern SRO .. can't do in Chennai .... pls check with local rule n regulation abt agri land ..
