About personal loan from friend

I borrowed 1lakh from my friend at 5prcnt interest I gave 6 month interest but I m unable to gave interest but he forced me and he will go to court to fill a petition against me now what I can do
if your friend files a suit in the court he will definitely get an decree 18 degree and you will be required to pay loan outstanding . however you can pray to the court for allowing you time for making payment and and the court at its discretion allow You to pay the money in installments.
