@About education loan repayment not pay the loan how can I solve this

I'm taking a loan in sbi I'm not able to repay the amount is there any chance of court case against me
1. they would file recovery suit against you, in case if you do not pay dues for the period beyond 6 months.
2. if you need time to repay the dues then you may issue legal notice to them requesting time.
