10 years paying emi for home load what to do

The Bank has been deducting the monthly EMIs against interest part only for the last 10 years. Thus the amount to be repaid (principle) has not changed much. It seems like we are stuck in a vicious cycle. What to do? They never notified us that only interest part is being deducted and we have been kept in blind all these years. Are there any legal actions that we can take?
SIR, THE QUERY DEPENDS ON LOAN AGREEMENT SIGNED AT THAT TIME. IF ON PERUSALOF DOCUMENTS IT IS FOUND THAT bANK IS ERRONEOUSLY CHARGING AMOUNT THEN THE MATTER CAN BE REPORTED TO bANK AS WELL AS BANKING OMBDUSMAN .
