To stop or quash any punishment awarded by summary trial

how i can stop or put on stay any punishment awarded through summary trial by Commanding Officer of indian navy. My summary trial was not conducted according to the regulations of navy and also i was not given fair chance to utilize my legal rights during trial...Plz help
By filing OA in AFT, only AFT can intervene in its original jurisdiction. There is no other way available if you go want a legal redressal of your issue.
