Regarding prosecuting a ex-defence officer for having several epic's a
25-Jan-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
Post-retirement , what are the sections of IPC, Crpc and the navy act would be relevant to prosecute an ex-naval officer with several epic cards and in one epic he has maintained his picture in a proper naval uniform for several years.
you can only convey the said information to the defence and they will take appropriate action or if you want to persue this in session court then simply filr an FIR and state the scenario. no need to write section in it . police Will take cognizance.
