medical negligence by service doctors

i am serving personal (5 yrs service.)in indian airforce. i had a lower back enjury due to service work and i have a enjury report signed by medical officer and my commanding officer.i am suffering continuous back pain and i also feel numbness in my left leg. i got a mri scan from base hospital delhi cantt and report of mri scan which signed by a senior army medical officer reveals that i have disc bulge at l4-l5 level which is compressing my left leg nerve.i am forced to do physical activity like weight lifting , running etc. but i am incapable to do those activity due to my back problem.pls suggest me that what should i do ? can i file a case against it,because service doctor are saying that i am fit.

yes can be done provided that you have prove that you are medically suffering and contrary reports are being filled by MH hospital and independent invetigation report may be carried down and accordingly action may be taken and relief to be provided.
