Can my mom get the pension of my dad Ex. CRPF who has illicit relation

My father having illicit relationship with a lady. He refuse to give any money for our education or family things. Can my mother get his pension in her account. My father conduct certificate were bad in CRPF so my sister were denied of engineering seats in many colleges.
Your mother, you and your sister can file maintenance petition before the court and part of his salary may be made to be deposited to your mother's bank account. I don't understand why your sister is denied of seat in engineering college.
