Sir,
I have been dismissed from Army Service in a DCM under AA Sec 52(f) wherein I committed a mistake in an otherwise unblemished 23 years track record. Also I have been punished twice for the same offence - once in Jun 2016 and now in Aug 2019. Am I eligible to apply for any govt job after my dissmissal? Your legal advice highly solicited please
one cannot be published twice for the same offence and if it is done so then that is itself illegal and arbitrary and hence you can take that matter to appeal and you can apply for govt jobs but provided its not grevious.
