Utilisation of deceased estate funds

Can legal heirs use deceased estate funds to protect his estate for his arbitration cases which was already going on before his death or legal heirs has to use personal funds to secure their inheritance which is due from deceased .can claimant block funds before award is given
Ans:- legal heirs when dispute and proved are the legal heirs can be entitled to use the funds. However, if the claimants money is not getting satisfied and the legal heirs continue to use the deceased persons funds then in that case, the Claimant can move an application for freezing if the account of the deceased person, which is being subjective to the tribunal to allow or disallow the application.
