Sir, the Hon'ble High court has given judgement in the month of February last year in my favour which is related to my service matter The head of the department is delaying to implement the orders.So,to file contemt ,what is the time limit.

if the high court order directs department to implement it's order in say 6 weeks, contempt limitation period is 365 days from end of 6th week . hope this information is useful. since order of high court was sometime in February 2018, you should consider filing contempt now
