Referring dispute to arb. under new arb. agreement

10-Jan-2023 (In Arbitration Law)
Please suggest any precedent where it has been held that three parties can enter into an agreement to refer certain disputes to arbitration without there already being a pre-existing arbitration clause. Basically, the parties are desirous of entering into a new arbitration agreement.

It is always open for the parties to enter into an arbitration agreement even if there doesn't exist any dispute. As you said that parties are desirous of entry into a new arbitration agreement. The answer is that they are free to enter. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
