Query about writ petition in the supreme court

21-Jul-2023 (In Arbitration Law)
Sir, I am an individual facing human right violation issues since an early age, which is apparently an attempt to create a Gandhi-Godse prototype, involving Psychological Manipualtion at massive scales. The current issue being use of electronic means for brain manipulation and harassment, a complaint about which rests with the NHRC. I am curious whether I can apply for a writ of mandamus to ensure the stoppage of electronic means of harassment as it severes my ability to think and act properly, meanwhile, I prepare a draft of another writ petition. Or, is it necessary to inform the court in completeness of the realities before asking for a related writ. Regards, Prabhanshu Mishra +91-9453505350
