Non compliance of highcourt order

High court gave conditional Stay to Party ask them to pay 50% amount in court in 30 days.But party didn't follow it what action can I take now for recovery of my amount
please confirm under what section of arbitration the court order to deposit 50% amount whether it is a appeal under section 37 or to s set aside the award under section 34 please confirm send detail then only it is possible to answer
