Dear sir
My wife filed fake case against me and my family under sections IPC 498A/290,506 r/w34 Dowry prohibition including SC/ST OF 3(1)S.NOW she is residing with me since 1 month
Can we close our case in lokadalath or how to close our case

since both of you are now compromised, both of you need to appear before the court where the case is filed and then withdraw the case. lok Adalat is required only when compromise is not yet arrived.it is 1 day job at court for having the case withdrawn
