Breach of Surety Bond with Employer

Sir,
I am working in PSu and I am under bond for 5 years for 2 lakhs and I served 4 years and 3 months,
Now I got offer in other PSU
and they are asking me to pay 2 lakhs plus intrest of 12% for 4 years and 3months is it the way of calculation as per indian law

the bond for breakage of service is to be computed for remainder of period for which bond is broken. you will need to be prepared to pay for 1 year approximately Rs40000 as that is the amount payable for 1 year
