Apartment related issues arose in the Residential Apartment having 24

Respected Sir/Madam, 1) Ours is Residential Apartment having 24 Flats, each floor containing 6 Flats ( 2) Now the parking issues are arised due insufficient parking space in the Cellar. The main reason is that, the Builder has constructed 4 nos of commercial shops (in cellar) in the Residential Apartment. The 4 nos. of shops are occupying the space of 8 Car parking spaces. 2 shops occupied by the builder and 2 shops given to one land owner among three land owners (Total 3 Plots), for which the builder has not taken any consent from any of the Flat owners (3) Further he has constructed 3 Penthouses on the Terrace, which known to be Common area. 2 penthouses given to Land owners & one, the builder is enjoying. 4) Though repeated requests, the Original documents are not handed over so far to the society. Kindly advice is above acts are legal or otherwise? Please intimate course of action from the Society (which is under registration.

society society must have 1 president one secretary and 5x cutie members and issue bodybuilder and once the cities formed issue notice to builder bye laws abhi society if an opportunity given to me i10 execute inform to society in behalf of you
