Who ever replied to my queries. Id like to inform you that ANTICIPATORY BAIL can't be taken in any court. It can be taken only where the case is registered. Advocates who ever replied please do not misguide. Thank you.
Anticipatory bail application can be filed where you apprehend arrest or where the case is registered.. so both courts have jurisdiction .. there are several decisions by High courts in this issue..Kerala High court was inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the accused in which case was registered at Punjab recently.. in that case the Advocate General of Punjab appeared
