Getting anticipatory bail in a criminal case

I purchased a plot from a man but his son filed a criminal case against us under section 467,468,120 B 323,354 504 506 and 379.The father and the son has dispute over the property.His son filed forged case against us.The case is at appearence stage.we have not received any notice officially yet.what to do?also he has filed a title suit under section 58 CPC 9.WHAT WE SHOUD DO?
bcz the sections are in this case are non bailable so my suggestion would be to you that you should approach the district court for grant of anticipatory bail without waiting for any notice then think about any other thing. you should not approach the court below where the matter is pending without getting anticipatory bail.
