My wife has filed fake 307 and 498a on me. Getting threatened from opposite party through relatives.

10-Apr-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
My wife has filed fake 307 and 498a on me. Getting threatened from opposite party through relatives. Matter is of uttar pradesh. She has filed 307 and 498a on me. She has govt medical of dupatta marks on neck. She has paid govt official for medical. I have clear cctv footage that i was not there and she has made fake medical. But still my anticipatory bail got rejected in session court. But fortunately I got anticipatory bail in high court. Now matter is in allahabad mediation high court. Relatives are forcing that if i don't agree for demands in mediation then they will make sure that my regular bail will get rejected after chargesheet and i will need to go to jail. They are demanding that take girl back. My demand is I want in writing that she has filed fake case on me. She is giving in writing that she is ready to forgive me. So my question is after getting anticipatory bail from high court, applying for regular bail after chargesheet is a big deal? What will be the chances??

Hello client, I have seen your query carefully and found that you have got anticipatory bail from the high court and now you are having an apprehension that if the charge sheet will be file in concerned criminal court after the completion of the investigation conducted by the investigating officer then in that case you have to surrender before the concerned criminal court and apply for the regular bail. in this regard it is to inform you that according to the latest judgment of supreme court in matter of Anticipatory bail it is laid down the principles that if a person got anticipatory bail from the court then there is no need to surrender and apply for the regular bail until and unless it is very much important and necessary. The anticipatory bail has been granted till the pendency of the trial. So I think you should get all the answers to your query. still you want to consult with me then you can contact me for further assistance and advice on my contact number through the administrator of this website
