Q1. For how many days a judge sit in a particular bench for example a man being arrested for lifetime that bench judge will sit for how many days. 2. I m having all the documents from lower court for my case. I want to apply for bail what to do.

Your question does not seems proper, if any person has been convicted with punishment for life then you are required to file criminal appeal against the order of conviction and if any one has been arrested by police then he seek bail, there is regular bench of 4 to 5 judges who hear bail application, for better advice you may contact me



Q: Married since 2 months never lived together how to ger divorce

I have been married since two month back. It was a court marriage but we did not lived together. Now his parents are not ready to take me with them and he is also ready to let me go from his life. Now I also want to get seperate from him. What can i do in it?

If you both of parties are ready then you can seek divorce by mutual consent but as per law divorce can be granted only passing of one year of marriage. You may file the divorce petition before the competent Court of jurisdiction but it's finality will attain only after passing of 12 month of marriage

I want to know that if one complaint case-156(3) u/s 498a,406,34 ipc in which the bail order has already been granted & the chargesheet has been filed,then in that situation can another complaint case-156(3) u/s 498a,406,34 ipc can be filed in another court? if not so then what is to be done against that? if it is not allowed under law then which is the section of ipc/crpc deals with the same? can a case of 420 be filed in this case?
