I was in a relationship with one girl for last 3 years.suddenly one rishta came and she had a ROKA with another boy. After roka also she was talking to me over phone. That boy was not interested in this marriage and his family was insisting him for marriage. The only wrong thing I did, I contacted the boy's brother on Facebook and told the girl wears glasses & her eye sight is weak (that is actually true) & she had a kundli dosh (that also true). It was on 24 March 2020. On 23 April I contacted the boy over call & told him that I need to tell him something about the girl. The very next day I realized my mistake and I texted him that I'm sorry for contacting him. The girl is good and he is very lucky that she is getting married with him. He made an issue & broke the roka. My gf knows everything about it. We are still talking to each other. But her family filed an police complaint on 2nd July 2020. They don't know me, they have my number only. Can police take any action against me?

Advocate Yatish Kumar Sharma answered
yet no offence made out against you but on the complaint filed by the family member of that girl might scold you. may be under section 151 crpf an action can be taken against you. but not so harsh step if further enquiry you want then get some knowledge about the complaint thereafter possible to guide you more.

Q: Movers have not paid the agreed money for the damages of goods

I got my household goods and personal car transported to Noida through Packers and Movers in February. Some of the items were damaged during transportation. The company agent surveyed the damage and offered me some amount in lieu of damages, to which I agreed. The company sent a confirmation email acknowledging the amount to me in February. Now it has been 5 months and amount has not been credited to my account. Every time I call them, they say that they have processed everything from their end and now the file is with their Finance Department and I should wait for another 15 days.I want to proceed with serving them a legal notice or any other suitable way.

Advocate Yatish Kumar Sharma answered
first of all you have to show all the relevant documents to a layer of your choice. if the company is asking you to wait for 15 days you must wait. thereafter you will be able to sent the legal notice without any hazard and your part will be strong and thereafter proceed further for lagal proceedings.
