Q: Employer terminated from the services by giving wrong reasons

My employer terminated services by giving reason of redundancy of my role due to upgrade of an existing tool called Salesforce, however this is not the case at least this year. My contract with the company contains the clause that any party can terminate the contract by giving written notice of 2 months. In such a case, can I file a case against the company citing reasons that they asked me to leave on wrong reasons.

Q: Paternal and ancestral property rights for daughters

This is regarding a paternal property case. We have a house and some ancestral property. My grandparents have 3 children, 2 sons (including my father) and one daughter. My father passed away in 1994. My father had 3 children. Son (eldest) and two daughters including me. Recently my grandfather sold off the ancestral property and diveded the returns in 3 parts - one for himself and for my brother and uncle. They gave nothing to my aunt (Bua) or my widow mother. The ownermship of house also was transferreed to my brother and Uncle. My sister, mother. Aunt and me were given no share. We want to claim our rights and get the rightful share in the property. Please suggest.

Q: How to register the property of parents in the name of mother

My father died without a will. My mother gets father's pension and lives in the house which my parents built and is in joint name of my father and mother. My younger brother and his wife had been harrassing my mother since long time for money so finally she filed an FIR under section 506. And she also complained in mahila aayog. My question is that how is it possible that the complete house becomes in name of my mother and/or if that's not possible then mother is able to evict my younger brother from the property

Q: forceful possession of property

My father has registered will of a property which is forcefully possesed by some one. Property is on national Highway 91 in Dhoom Manikpur dadri. I have been threatened by these people whenever I visit that place.how to get them evicted from our property.

Two legal remedies either to file civil suit before d concerned civil court or to move n Application before d DM as the state govt has formed a anti bhumafia task force.if the DM did not takes action then approach the High Court.

Q: Court rejected appointment 23 years ago, valid to raise new abjection

When court has rejected the grounds of disapproval in an appointment on a lecturer post in a case after 23 years, is it valid to raise new objections (cooking up) on selection procedure by a duly formed selection committee regarding allotment of marks in interview ( when these records were already in possession for last 23 years , over which an enquiry was set up in 1995 and no such complaints were raised) .will the court entertain such fabricated grounds as the basis of new disapproval granted by directorate
