Please reply me that, Marriage Registration is compulsory to file 498A in police station? can I file 498A case in police station without marriage regisration ?please reply..thanking you

Marriage registraion is not mandatory for filing of 498-A IPC.REQUIRED any one proof of marriage photo/cermony/wedding card/family/parties evidence/ other witnesses.police will take cognizance and raise FIR on suitable grounds/complaint facts.



Q: Right of married daughters on ancestral property

please give legal advise on Ancestral property. My grand father earned three acres of land.My father was only son to him.My grand father expired.we are three brothers and two sisters to my father.My father eapired on 1998 and mother expired on 2018. The property is on my father's name.we are not ready to give share in property to our sisters because they are married and well setteled. Is there any legal rights to our sisters on this property.

My grand father earned three acres of land.My father was only son to him.My grand father expired.we are three brothers and two sisters to my father.My father eapired on 1998 and mother expired on 2018. The property is on my father's name.we are not ready to give share in property to our sisters because they are married and well setteled. Is there any legal rights to our sisters on this property.A:-Yes your sisters has rights in that property. you all three brother may approach to M.R.O and do mutation on your names as per procedure.if any objections/claims/from you are sisters side, you may settle with them in formal (understanding) manner.



Q: Dispute between sister and brother on gifted property

Hi sir I am from narsampet, would like to get an advice to protect the agriculture land gifted to me from my mother.25 years back I was gifted agriculture land from my parents, at that time none of my brother objected this.the land was not registered on my name and still I don't know that whether this land is on my parents name or not.Recently we planned to sell that land to third parties.At that time one of my brother came and objected that the gifted land is mine and cultivating that land without my consent.Remaining three brothers have signed on the bond paper mentioning that the land was gifted and belongs to me.So how to protect my land?Where should I complaint whether in police station or MRO or Court?Can I get my property under Hindu succession act and stridhana?How to stop him immediately from cultivating the land? Recently we planned to sell that land to third parties.At that time one of my brother came and objected that the gifted land is mine and cultivating that land without my consent.Remaining three brothers have signed on the bond paper mentioning that the land was gifted and belongs to me.So how to protect my land?Where should I complaint whether in police station or MRO or Court?A:-initially you can approach MRO office and check that land on who's name and patta , present phani(land occupancy certificate ), if the land on your mother's name you are entitle to get that property, and you have other brothers signed document so you may approach police for on the grounds of cultivating with out consent and trespassing by one of your brother.(object person).

Now my point is My father has sold the above property in 2007 ( I was aged 21 years that time) with out my notice and he died in 2008. Now recently i got to know about the property has been sold out. Can i claim the property now?? How much rights do i have on it?? Please suggest me with best option to suit a file. Me and My sister are the only heirs of my father, Even she not aware of it. I dont have any documents related to land except survey number ( which i got to know recently )
