Q: Clarification on procedure to expedite 498a and divorce case

my sister’s divorce case is running in the family court since last one and half year and till date not final. But in this mean time he got married and i know her name and address of that girl. Now what step we should have to take so that i get judgement at earliest. My 498a case is also running in the other court and all witness presented from our side. Please suggeste me regarding the above.

As you are saying you have knowledge about his second marriage you can inform the court were divorce and 498A case going on but before mind the one thing just address is not enough for proving the second you have give the photo or card or one wittiness who can say that this boy married with the girl on then can believe on you,,,

Q: Can I file a case against my wife for not staying with me

Sir, Most respectfully I beg to sayi domiciled of 43/2 New Hanuman Puri Meerut. MY EDUATION AND CHILDHOOD ARE PASSED IN SUBHASH NAGAR MEERUT CITY UP. I LIVE IN MEERUT 20 YEARS OLD AND MY PRESENT JOB WORK IN MEERUT CITY.I HAVE SENT YOU MANY PHOTOS OF MY MARRIAGE AND SECOND MARRIAGE OF MY WIFE SUBI KUMARI. My complain is that my marriage completed at date of 07 July 2016 from Dadar(Pull) near Beriya Bus stand Muzffarpur Biharand she is not living with me, not want to go other places with me. My situation is very critical. My mother Chandra Kala Devi died 12 Apr 2017 and my sister 'Seema' served her handicapped mother Chandra Kala Devi childhood and after marriage also, my mother promised seema that to give her some room and some land FROM VILL+POST BHIKHANPUR MUZAFFARPUR BIHAR for long life time but my wife Subi don't like this matter and left her home with out my permission. Yes you can ,,,,but firstly you have to decide you want to live with her or without her ,,,,,,,,,,,,you have to file conjugal right case against your wife if you want your wife live with you ,,,,,,,,,,

Q: Legal procedure to obtain bail for case filed u/s 498a of IPC

How to take bail in 498a and come out from this case , whether I can quice this case or apply for the bail in civil court if rejected and then apply in high court if rejected the what Will do . Pl advice what is best practical and fesibal option .

Firstly File ABP for all accused person before Dj court expect husband..chance good all accused get the bail by lower court and filed separate bail for husband very less chance to get bail by lower court but high court give if allegations is not to much serious

Q: Girl kept in captivity & raped by teacher & forced to withdraw FIR

Sir, My minor cousin has been lured by her ex tution teacher, of same village, on 21 April 18 and kept captive at some unknown place. Villagers have tried to convince his family to return the minor girl to her family but they are not listening anyone instead they are threatening to face fatal consequences if reported this matter to police. An F.I.R. is made to local Thana on 2 may 18. After knowing that F.I.R. has been made now they are pressurising girl family to withdraw F.I.R. otherwise be ready to face the consequences. Girl's family is terrorised. There is tension in the village, anytime may happen anything. Sir a minor girl of poor family is kidnapped and being raped by her own teacher and going through such horrible time.It is also going to affect other girls of village,whose parents have stopped their daughter to go out for study. Sir I have written this with lot of expectations, please help the poor girl.

If girl family made the complain that good,,, if boy makeing pressure then take the copy f.I.R Or number and just what you’r saying write on paper and give local s.p or SSP about the incident he well must act on your application

Q: Person remarries concealing the fact of already being married

My husband has cheated on me. He kept me in dark and convinced me and my family for our marriage to happen. He was already married in 22nd Feb 2016 and didn't disclosed this fact with us. Our marriage was not a forced marriage. This match came through my maternal uncle and after that this guy was back of me like anything (July 2016 to march 2017). Finally we got married on 10 th March 2017 and within 6 months of our marriage I started knowing the fact. Please suggest me what should I do in this situation. Any sort of suggestion will be helpful. Thanks

firstly you have decide what you want mins you want to continue with him or wanted divorce from him both the option you have ,,,,one thing if your hindu and his first wife is leaving at the time of your marriage then your marriage is void [Ilegal] mind that be very carefully decide what you wanted ,,,,,
