I got divorce in my favour 3 years ago under section 27. My ex wife did not challenge the order then. But now as she\'s almost going to lose the maintenance case as well because she was of the divorce order and she\'s also well educated and earning lady. So, I suppose that\'s why she has file an Mc case under order 9 rule 13. I have the tracking report that the summons were duly served to her in the divorce case. Still, can the court set the divorce decree aside?

I am a Hindu woman from delhi , married to Hindu from Mumbai. \nFew days into my marriage I was subjected to physical verbal and sexual abuse. Finally after 3 months I was thrown out of my matrimonial house. \nI resumed my job and filed PWDVA. Though I am working my income is not even 10% of my husbands. Court has passed interim relief of 1,50,000 per month. However my husband has not paid and has appealed. Execution order is passed to attach movable property of my husband but no result yet.

In this case the accused has got bail and the judge in the bail order has written that even after submitting the charge sheet the offense is not made out. In this case the prosecutrix says that even without meeting at the first place the guy promise to marry on phone and in 164 says promise didn’t happen and they discussed marriage but no promise and in FIr she says promise happened way after the first sex in this case what is your idea experts
