Q: Builder delayed possession of flat how can i get back the payment made

I have booked a flat in Dec 2012 with express builders (office in cp Delhi) for project express eternity in greater NOIDA west. Builder is neither building the project nor acknowledging the plan to not build the project in written. Verbally the person looking the project is saying they will not build the project now. 6 months back they did Tripart agreement and now saying they are not liable to give any interest. How can I get my money (50% of the flat cost I have paid, part payment through bank loan) back. Can push builder to give interest on the money?

Yes you can claim refund along with interest for deficiency in service by builder. We can approach consumer court for grant of relief. Reciently courts are granting reliefs to the consumer.Please contact us for details.

How can I get my construction company registered. How long will it take in whole process.

ID PROOF OF TWO DIRECTOR (ADHAR CARD, DRIVING LICENSE ETC), OWNERSHIP PROOF OF REGISTERED ADDRESS , PAN CARD AND PASSPORT PHOTOS OF TWO DIRECTORS. IT MAY TAKE 15-20 DAYS FOR THE COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION.

Q: Grand father passed away in 2013 due to Medical Negligence

My grand mother passed away in 2013, caused by medical negligence . I wrote two letters in 2014 to the hospital, asking for an explanation, however no response. Is it too late to take this forward ? If I can take this forward, what are the next steps ?

Q: Other company logo and name usage on my website

Hi, I am currently working on a coupon website where i will post coupons from multiple brands and for that purpose would need to add there logo and name in my website. So would like to know if its legal or not. I wont use there logo for any other purpose and might redirect user to there website which will give them more business.

Yes under law you are required to take permission from them to use their logo in your website. If you post logo without thier permission they may sue for infringement of trademark.please contact us for details
