What can someone do if you get accused for stealing a phone, then start beating until he hear you accept that fact which is not true.

You can file case for false claim and more as per evidence act you disclosure statement by police is not valid in-law . You can file a opporiate case and it ur case of bonafide purchaser sec 411 IPC doesn't make u guilty . Prove all before high Court us.482.

Q: Got possession letter from the bank. How to get my house emptied?

I want know about possession letter past by bank and says i file the case in court for empty the house as well by police and tack order from the court what i can do in this setuation plz seggest me

what is your case? have you purchased your property from bank in auction? . if is bought from the bank then it is the duty of the bank to handover the possession of the property to you by taking action under s.14 sarfaesi act or if it is not so, then you have to proceed with suit for possession of the property in court.

Q: Father gifted property to brother.Can married daughter claim any right

We are from Hindu Family , Can a married daughter claim right in a house property which belongs to her father and giftet by him to one of her brother without her consent and father is no more now?

yes you can you have a full right. property is given to your brother without your consent you have a full right to contest and get get a share of your right i.e. part of the property or the value of your right.

Q: Can loan guarantor sue the debtor for non payment

Hi, I would like to know if a loan guarantor can sue the debtor if the debtor is unable to pay the loan. Also, the debtor has not signed any contract of repayment to the guarantor. In this case the guarantors put his property as a collateral and bank has put it up for auction. I would like to know if the guarantor can come after debtor and his property. Does the debtor face any jail time for not being able to pay the debt.

It's depend on your transaction and agreement. Come with entire picture what u signed or not then only actual picture comes. But as per law their is only civil case again you for all no criminal case like arrest and all that taken against you. So contest it with your probable defense. U can contact me at my number.

Q: Harassment by a neighbourhood girl about false allegation what to do

Actually there is a girl who has become problem for now a day she lives in neighborhood and quite quarrelsome and she keeps ready for fight all the time on small-small issues. If some argue with her then she threaten for fake allegation. Now the matter is quite serious and we have made complaint about to Police but police is not ready to take any action against her and talks always in her favour. There are so many other people who victim of her fight and dragged into police case. The environment is very sensitive because of this. Please advise how to tackle the situation and fight for it

File case against her as early as possible before her complaint. The case for registration of fir can be filled against for extortion. Do it early becz is she file you have to take anticipatory bail first. Call for more.
