Lately, that we have been mindlessly adhering to a concept of where you ought to be and what you ought to be doing? Try nothing to rely a great deal on machinery or technology today. However, the information obtained online might not be totally accurate. Such things might reveal one aspect of the story, but they can not give you the complete picture because not all problems are seen in the same context. It is time to modernize the workplace, the technology, the legal system, the talents, etc. The moment has come to change this destructive trend. Trust + Faith = Justice ??????

It could occur due to insufficient funds in the bank account of the person who issued the cheque or if the signatures on the cheque do not match with the original signature of that person. You can proceed against the person who has issued such a cheque under various provisions of law. The most important and useful provision to consider is Section 138 of The Negotiable Instruments Act. Q: Job left with loan outstanding

Sir, i left job from a private limited company suddenly with some force of that management only due to my personal issue, they thought that it would effect to company so they asked to resign me. (only personal issue not company related issue) But point is now there was a some loan taken in company now they send me formal loan outstanding detail (something fishy in calculation of course ), anyhow i have never signed on a agreement or on any paper or anywhere that i have taken loam, but there is a direct transfer from organisation account same as salary credit,Now my query is there any chance that they can go for legal? If they do what proof they may show or in which way they can produce?

Advocate Veena Bane answered
My best advise is you can approach the Legal Services Authority of India, situated in all the states. They will engage a lawyer for you can fight out the matter. You can also meet the bank and request for reduction and waiver of interest if you are willing to settle the smaller loans immediately, thereby most of your worries will be over.
