Q: question about cases in regular hearing in Delhi High Court

my ques is what we can do to take a date for a case in delhi high court which is in regular hearing since 2010 and no action is taken against it?? Is there any way to get a date or we come to know till when we can get the decision of our case??

Once the case goes into the category of regular matters ...then a number is assigned to that case....and a list is prepared . The matters which are there prior to your case will be heard first...and then your case will heard...u can move an application of urgency but u have to satisfy the court that why you need urgent hearing of the case

Q: Harmful enviroment due to use of low quality products

Concerned issue Since 50 years Mahnar is the main market for TOBACCO product .Till 1990 mahnar was a very small town. But in 1996 it was awarded with the title of subdivisional town. Growth of mahnar was very fast. Today its total population is around 1lakh. Now i am writing the various issues arised due to tobacco factory. 1) there are atleast 50 factories. 2) they all are having their production,inventry, storage facilities in the heart of city. 3) all of them are using kerosin purchased from black market. These kerosin are for BPL families. So u can just imagine the quantity of CO2 released. 4) Mahnar is an ancient town located on the bank of holi river Ganges. All the wastes produced from these factories are dumped on the bank of the river ganga. can we take action against this

Yes you can very much take legal action against such happening....first And the foremost step is that national green tribunal can be approached for The environmental concerns and at The same time Police complaint can be made for black marketing of kerosene oil.

Q: Taking pictures of women at public place without her permission

Is it illegal to take a photo of a woman at public place without her consent. If yes then what sections and penalties can be imposed

As such it is not an offence but at the same time case of eve teasing can be made out against tbe person and which is also a punishable offence under indian law the person can be booked under the said section

hi,mera chote bhai ki papa ki jagah MCD me job ke liye letter aya he, but us par hamare padosi ne ladki ched chad ki FIR kar di but do din baad compromise Ho gaya aur usne ek affidavit thane me jama kar diya, ab uska govt job ke liye police verification hona he kya ye clear Ho paayega police verification me. What are the police verification rules for govt job in India?

Although there should not be any problem in the verification process but i would suggest that you should go to high court for quashing of FIR....since it FIR has already been done. Same affidavit can be presented before the high court.
